Please note that the Journal prints two issues each academic year. Subscription orders received after July 1 will be fulfilled in the next academic year. For example, if your order is placed after June 30, 2011, the first issue you will receive will be the Winter 2012 issue, available in February 2012. If you order before June 30, 2011, you will receive the Winter 2011 issue which was released in February 2011, and the Summer 2011 issue when it becomes available in July 2011.
